LOCON 301 stays on duty –
no retirement for locomotive veteran
Our veteran among our locomotives, the
LOCON 301, is busy as always.
At the occasion of the general check (Main Check)
our 42 years’ old veteran received the confirmation
of its full functional and operational ability.
The LOCON 301, built in 1967 in Babelsberg near
Berlin has been since 2004 with the LOCON AG and
will continue to please the eyes and hearts of its fans.
And after the winter pause even in the LOCON colors.
The LOCON 301 is a very appreciated engine and mainly
operating within the rail construction site, thus the high
costs for the Main Check are well invested.
